Who is Affliq for?
Creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Twitch who get money or products from brands, platforms or partner programs, without a management and without their own bookkeeper. Whether it's your first deal or twenty a month.
What does Affliq cost?
A fixed monthly price, less on a yearly plan, with no cut of your earnings. The first month is free. We name the exact price at launch.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. Affliq reads screenshots, photos and forwarded mails, and you import platform reports as files. By hand an entry takes thirty seconds.
Is the tax reserve binding?
No, it is an estimate: a share of your result that you set yourself. Your tax adviser knows the right rate for you; enter it and Affliq uses it.
Does Affliq replace my tax adviser or my accounting software?
Neither. Affliq handles the creator-specific part and hands clean records to your adviser's software: DATEV, sevDesk or lexoffice. How things are taxed is your adviser's call.
Which platforms does Affliq cover?
All of them. Deals, products and payouts are recorded the same way, whether they come from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Amazon or a brand's email. Platform master data (who pays, from where, with which VAT id) is maintained for the common ones.
Are my platform accounts safe?
Yes. Affliq only reads what you give it: screenshots, forwarded emails, imported reports, your own entries. It never posts, applies, accepts or scrapes dashboards. Connecting a platform account is optional and read-only.
Where is my data?
On servers at Hetzner in Germany. To read screenshots and documents, their content is sent to Anthropic as a processor; it is not used for training. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I sign in?
With Apple, Google or email and password. No platform login needed; losing a TikTok or Instagram account never locks you out of your own records.
Does Affliq help with TikTok Shop free samples?
Yes. Every TikTok Shop sample gets its video deadline with a reminder, its market value and its whereabouts: kept, sent back, given away, donated or disposed of, with a photo as evidence if you like. At year end it's all in the tax package.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. iOS first, Android follows. The web portal works in any browser.
