Do Instagram creators need an imprint?
Anyone appearing on Instagram commercially, with collaborations, ads or affiliate links, usually needs an imprint in Germany that is easy to reach from the profile. Affliq builds you a page with an imprint from your legal profile; whether it is enough for you is for a legal adviser to say if in doubt.
Do I pay tax on barter deals and PR packages?
What you receive for your work and keep is usually income at market value, even without money. Affliq records every product with value and whereabouts; how it is taxed is your tax adviser's call.
Can I show discount codes on my Affliq page?
Yes. Discount codes with a copy button, links and products with picture and price, in your colours and fonts. You see clicks per day; visitors aren't tracked.
Does Affliq read my Instagram account?
No. Affliq never posts, never sends DMs and never reads Insights. It only processes what you give it: screenshots, forwarded mails and your own entries.
