Brands write in DMs, negotiate by email and pay once the invoice is right. Without an agency you do the offer, delivery, invoice and dunning yourself, between two shoots and mostly on your phone.
Affliq bundles it: every collaboration is a deal with partner, fee and deliverables. The invoice comes from the deal with the right tax case, even if the brand is based in Austria or the Netherlands. PR packages and barter deals carry their value, because they usually count as income too.
You also get a page for your bio with imprint and privacy notice, a monthly tax reserve and, at year end, a package for your tax adviser.
Affliq records and does the maths, it does not advise. How things are taxed is your tax adviser's call.

Do influencers need to register a business?
Anyone who regularly earns from collaborations, affiliate links or products is usually running a business in Germany. Affliq doesn't replace advice, but keeps everything so your tax adviser can work with it.
Can I invoice brands with Affliq?
Yes. Invoices under § 14 UStG with gapless numbering, Kleinunternehmer note or VAT, reverse charge for companies abroad and e-invoices for companies.
Do I pay tax on PR packages?
What you receive for your work and keep is usually income at market value. Affliq records every product with value and whereabouts; how it is taxed is your tax adviser's call.
Which platforms is Affliq for?
All of them: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, blogs. Deals, products and payouts are recorded the same way, wherever they come from.
Does Affliq take a cut of my deals?
No. A fixed monthly price, no percentages. Affliq doesn't earn more when you earn more.
